For many years I struggled physically, mentally and emotionally with food. It wasn't until I found the 80/10/10 diet that I started to feel some relief. Creating my own collection of recipes was the ultimate step toward gaining freedom. These clean, raw vegan meals allowed me to enjoy all the same tastes and textures I desired, without having to deal with the addictions, guilt and excess fat gain.
Do not underestimate diet. Replacing refined and toxic foods while introducing nutrient-rich, hydrating foods - this has been the foundation for my own transformation.
